Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement

Achieve individual and team sales targets through exceptional service and product expertise.

Represent the brand’s values and philosophy in every customer interaction.

Build strong, long-term relationships using clienteling techniques and personalized engagement.

Promote the Group’s loyalty programme to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Stay informed about product collections, fashion trends, and competitor activities.
Customer Experience

Deliver a premium in-store and virtual shopping experience tailored to client needs.

Assist customers with purchases, special orders, and after-sales services.

Use omnichannel tools to connect with clients through messaging, virtual appointments, and follow-ups.

Gather and analyze customer insights to support business decisions and future selling opportunities.
Operations & Store Excellence

Support e-commerce fulfilment processes within established service-level timelines.

Utilize CRM, OMS, and clienteling tools to enhance customer engagement.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to operational procedures.

Participate in brand activations, in-store events, and marketing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements

Strong experience in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery or high-end fashion in the UAE.

Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Positive, dynamic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
