About the Role

A well-established marine services provider in Dubai is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily supply and documentation activities. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career within the Marine Services & Supplies sector.

You will play a key part in coordinating quotations, maintaining operational records, and ensuring compliance with documentation related to marine equipment supply and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotations internally and share finalized proposals with clients.

• Prepare and submit marine supplies reports to management.

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and operational documentation.

• Manage compliance-related documentation including invoices, import/export records, supplier certifications, and receipts.

• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping aligned with company and regulatory standards.

• Support smooth day-to-day operational coordination between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Background in or strong interest in the Marine Services & Supplies industry.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken.

• Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced operational environment.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Benefits provided as per UAE Labour Law.

• Airline ticket allowance as per contract.
