Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of complex structural works for major offshore civil building projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of large-scale civil and offshore construction projects.

• Review and approve structural calculations, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineering disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.

• Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction to ensure adherence to design intent.

• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge development within the engineering team.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet delivery and quality targets.

• Apply industry best practices and stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes such as ACI, Eurocode, and local authority regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification required.

• Minimum 10+ years of structural engineering experience within civil construction projects.

• Strong expertise in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000.

• Deep understanding of international design codes and regional building standards.

• Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary project environments.

• Willingness to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi.
