Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roads & Infrastructure Engineer to join our project delivery team in Dubai. This role involves supervising road construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day road construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.

• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality, and material compliance.

• Verify alignment, grading, and levels of road works, including subgrade, base, and pavement layers.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

• Review and approve method statements, construction programs, and material test results.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across project sites.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, prepare progress reports, and support billing and quantity verification.

• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in roads and infrastructure construction supervision.

• Strong background in site execution, quality assurance, and contractor coordination.

• Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in infrastructure projects.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
