Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect – BIM Modeler to join our dynamic design team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural documentation. You will support design development by producing precise 3D models, coordinated drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Produce architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Translate conceptual designs into coordinated, construction-ready BIM models.

• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and internal modeling standards.

• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to identify and resolve design clashes.

• Participate in model audits, clash detection reviews, and coordination meetings.

• Revise models and drawings in response to design updates and consultant feedback.

• Assist in preparing documentation for authority submissions and approvals.

• Maintain organized file structures, version control, and QA/QC documentation processes.

• Support quantity take-offs, area calculations, and data extraction from BIM models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution.

• UAE National (Family Book required).

• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Familiarity with visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.

• Awareness of local authority regulations and building codes is beneficial.
