About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations within a leading Oil & Gas company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain a professional work environment, and provide general support to management and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Perform daily office tasks including document preparation, data entry, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence.

Assist management and administrative staff with routine office duties and special assignments.

Follow company policies and complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner.

Maintain effective communication with team members to support smooth workflow.
Office Maintenance & Support

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office and work areas.

Monitor and replenish office supplies (e.g., tissue paper, stamp ink, pantry items).

Prepare and serve coffee or tea for management and visitors when required.

Clean minor spills or messes promptly to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies and report any shortages or issues to the Admin Secretary.
Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email handling).

Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions.

Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
