About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations within a leading Oil & Gas company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain a professional work environment, and provide general support to management and administrative teams.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Perform daily office tasks including document preparation, data entry, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence.

  • Assist management and administrative staff with routine office duties and special assignments.

  • Follow company policies and complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner.

  • Maintain effective communication with team members to support smooth workflow.

Office Maintenance & Support

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office and work areas.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (e.g., tissue paper, stamp ink, pantry items).

  • Prepare and serve coffee or tea for management and visitors when required.

  • Clean minor spills or messes promptly to maintain a safe and professional environment.

  • Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies and report any shortages or issues to the Admin Secretary.


Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email handling).

  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
