We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Marketing Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital initiatives. This role combines operational coordination, campaign execution, data reporting, and social media management in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

Support the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives, including partner and influencer sourcing, vetting, negotiation, research, and campaign coordination.

Develop and improve marketing workflows, operational policies, and internal processes.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support strategy optimization.

Track and analyze campaign KPIs, consolidating data into structured reports with actionable recommendations.

Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, service providers, and media contacts.

Support planning and execution of online and offline marketing events.

Plan and manage influencer marketing programs from identification and onboarding through performance tracking and reporting.
Project Coordination & Agency Management

Coordinate marketing projects to ensure deliverables align with briefs and timelines.

Liaise with external agencies (international) and internal stakeholders.

Source and manage freelancers (designers, video editors, content creators).

Track project timelines and escalate risks or delays when necessary.

Maintain organized documentation of campaign assets, briefs, and approvals.
Social Media Execution

Schedule and publish content across Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Maintain and update the content calendar.

Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and approved messaging.

Monitor engagement metrics and compile basic performance reports.
Content & Creative Support

Coordinate with designers and agencies to collect digital assets.

Review content for accuracy (spelling, formatting, tagging).

Support campaign launches by ensuring materials are ready and deployed on time.

Monitor platform trends and share relevant updates internally.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or advertising (agency experience preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and performance metrics.

Experience in outreach, partnership development, and influencer relationship management.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.

Strong planning and process management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous.

Interest in sports, crypto, or iGaming is highly desirable.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
