Join EV LAB, a pioneering electric mobility experience center dedicated to accelerating the transition toward sustainable transportation in the UAE. Operated in partnership with Chalhoub Group, EV LAB offers customers access to cutting-edge electric vehicles (EVs) and innovative mobility solutions.

We are seeking passionate, customer-focused professionals to join the team as e-Visors (Sales Advisors). This role combines retail excellence with product expertise, empowering customers to make informed decisions about electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on electric vehicles and their environmental and economic benefits.

• Provide personalized consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable EV models.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations highlighting advanced features and performance.

• Conduct workshops and presentations on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and sustainability.

• Stay up to date with industry developments and UAE regulations related to electric mobility.

• Facilitate safe, informative, and exciting test drive experiences.

• Clearly communicate the unique advantages of each vehicle during demonstrations and test drives.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Strong customer service and presentation skills.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

• Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.

• Technical or engineering background is an advantage.

• Confident communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
