We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive with experience in FMCG, DPH, retail, or pet food sectors to join our growing team at Pet’s Delight. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our wholesale customer network and strengthening relationships with existing accounts across the UAE market.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and consistently achieve sales targets within the competitive pet food and consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking.

• Develop and expand sales within existing wholesale accounts by increasing product range and order volumes.

• Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.

• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams by sharing customer feedback and market insights.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably within FMCG, DPH, retail, or pet food industries in the UAE.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to market changes.

• Ability to perform under pressure and consistently achieve targets.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
