Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Site Inspector to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will ensure that construction activities are executed in full compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, site experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors in a timely manner.

• Verify shop drawings against contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant local authority requirements.

• Inspect on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.

• Identify non-compliant work and report deviations to project stakeholders for corrective action.

• Monitor site safety practices, environmental compliance, and adherence to health & safety regulations.

• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports and photographic documentation.

• Issue surveillance and non-conformance reports (NCRs) where necessary.

• Ensure coordination between architectural works and other disciplines on site.

• Provide technical guidance to resolve architectural issues during construction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site inspection experience within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and international best practices.

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the UAE is preferred.

• Ability to start within a short notice period is an advantage.
