About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admin – Customer Service Executive to join our Dubai team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations while delivering outstanding customer service within the trading and food manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to resolve customer concerns and ensure on-time deliveries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback within the CRM system

Assist with order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling

Prepare reports, manage documentation, and support day-to-day administrative tasks

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required

Support implementation of customer service policies and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations
Requirements

Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles (preferably in trading or food manufacturing)

Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities

Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
Salary & Benefits
-
Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Visa, insurance, and labour contract provided
