About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting CRM initiatives, and driving omni-channel sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards

• Deliver a personalized and memorable luxury customer experience

• Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, best sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach

• Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences

• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in line with CRM and marketing guidelines

• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on mobile app features and offerings

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Support click-and-collect services within defined service level agreements (SLAs)

• Participate in in-store marketing events, activations, and customer experience initiatives

• Monitor brand social media activities and campaigns to enhance customer engagement

• Provide feedback on store performance, customer trends, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

• Russian language skills are a plus

• Passion for luxury fashion and customer service

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
