About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated People Relations Coordinator to support our People & Culture team in Dubai. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate HR data, supporting internal audits, and ensuring operational excellence across People Operations processes.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and reporting support while coordinating closely with HR Managers, Officers, and the Emiratization team.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems (Drive, Digital Archive, Shared Folders)

Conduct routine internal audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Support HR Administrators, Officers, and Managers with day-to-day operational tasks

Regularly review HR databases to ensure employee records are current and accurate

Prepare summary reports and data presentations for management when required

Follow up on HR procedures and processes to ensure timely completion

Coordinate with the Emiratization team to track quotas, monitor hiring progress, and identify remaining recruitment requirements

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar HR or administrative role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
