Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, property portals, and social media platforms

• Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on suitable property options and investment opportunities

• Conduct property viewings for off-plan and secondary market listings

• Negotiate sales and lease agreements to successfully close transactions

• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates using the company CRM system

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (real estate preferred)

• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
