About the Role

MMC Group is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Head of People Operations to lead and strengthen the Group’s people function across multiple operating companies within automotive services, technology, and media.

This role is advertised under MENA Assistance but operates at the parent company level (MMC Group). As a founder-led, fast-scaling organization, we require a hands-on leader who can bring structure, consistency, and operational excellence to the people function while supporting continued business growth.

This is a leadership role with full accountability for end-to-end people operations delivery, focusing on both process efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage People Operations across all Group entities

• Oversee contracts, visa processing, compliance, onboarding, probation management, and employee exits

• Structure and manage recruitment processes, ensuring clear job definitions and consistent hiring practices

• Manage employee relations matters and performance management frameworks

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Design and maintain clear organizational structures, reporting lines, and governance frameworks

• Strengthen organizational resilience through structured documentation and well-defined processes

• Oversee salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, promotions, and role transitions

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or People Operations

• Proven experience leading people functions within founder-led, SME, or fast-growing organizations

• Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law and visa regulations

• Structured, hands-on, and execution-focused leadership style

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or equivalent) preferred

• Eligible nationalities: English-speaking countries, France, Italy, Poland, Russian Federation
