Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new property listings for sale and lease

• Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine competitive property values

• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle from inquiry to closing

• Prepare and manage transaction documentation

• Implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives

• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within your assigned area

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
