As the firm continues its international growth, an exceptional Associate is sought to join the Dubai team. This is a client-facing, project-driven role offering broad exposure to strategic advisory work, investor engagement, and high-level relationship management. The Associate will work closely with senior leadership, international partners, and a diverse global network of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Support client engagements across multiple strategic advisory projects

Assist with investor outreach initiatives, including roadshows, stakeholder mapping, and engagement planning

Prepare roadshow calendars, profiles, agendas, briefing notes, and marketing materials

Communicate directly with clients on project updates, timelines, and next steps

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and external stakeholders
-
Coordinate and support onsite client meetings, presentations, and executive engagements

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery

Prepare and format presentation materials using PowerPoint and Excel

Support the firm’s visibility initiatives including annual meetings, conferences, seminars, and market events

Maintain and actively manage the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of client and stakeholder data

Compile background notes, research materials, and meeting briefs ahead of internal and external meetings

Organise and consolidate meeting notes and action points across the team

Conduct ongoing research into LPs, clients, and prospective relationships

Support the COO and management team with compliance-related processes

Contribute over time to new business origination as client relationships and networks deepen

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Academic background in economics, finance, business, or a related field preferred

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
