Retail Promoter – Kiosk

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Promoters to represent our brand at retail kiosks across Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, promoting products, and creating a positive in-store brand experience.

As a Retail Promoter, you will be responsible for showcasing products, driving sales through direct customer interaction, and maintaining an attractive and well-organized kiosk presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products at assigned retail kiosks

• Engage customers in a friendly and confident manner, identifying needs and recommending suitable products

• Clearly explain product features and benefits to drive sales and conversions

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive brand experience

• Set up, maintain, and organize kiosk displays to ensure a clean, attractive presentation

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

• Support promotional campaigns, activations, and special events as required

• Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles (promotional or kiosk experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work across different locations in the UAE

• Physically able to stand for extended periods during shifts

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement
