We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to female patients in their homes across Dubai. This role is ideal for a qualified GNM nurse with prior home care experience who is committed to delivering safe, respectful, and personalized healthcare in a private home setting.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients’ physical well-being, independence, and overall quality of life while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care to female patients

• Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and follow prescribed treatment plans

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with doctors, therapists, and family members

• Observe, assess, and promptly report changes in patient condition or health status

• Educate patients and families on medication usage, health maintenance, and disease prevention

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Ensure all care practices comply with UAE healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

• Maintain strict confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times

Requirements

• Female candidate only (role involves female patient care)

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) certification is mandatory

• Proven experience in home care nursing

• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures, medication administration, and basic clinical monitoring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach

• Valid or eligible UAE nursing license / registration

• Willingness to work and reside in Dubai, UAE

• Nationality preference: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,750 – 3,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
