Assistant Warehouse & Procurement Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse & Procurement Manager to support day-to-day warehouse operations and procurement activities at its Dubai facility. This is a hands-on operational role focused on inventory accuracy, material availability, supplier coordination, and internal logistics support for ongoing interior fit-out and joinery projects.

The role is ideal for a candidate with strong UAE experience in construction or fit-out environments and a practical understanding of material flow from procurement to site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement planning to ensure timely sourcing and availability of materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material traceability

• Coordinate closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and project/site teams

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse operations

• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and documentation of all materials

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse

• Manage site material requests and coordinate internal logistics and deliveries

Requirements

• 4–6 years of UAE experience in warehouse, procurement, or logistics roles

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procurement workflows

• Experience handling wood panels, joinery, fit-out, or surface materials

• Proficiency with ERP systems or inventory management software

• Strong organizational, coordination, and supervisory skills

• UAE driving licence preferred

Salary

AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
