About the Role

We are seeking a RAMS Engineer to support system assurance and safety engineering activities across civil infrastructure projects. Working under the guidance of senior system and safety engineers, you will contribute to the preparation, coordination, and review of RAMS and system assurance deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for an engineer with foundational experience in system assurance or safety engineering who is looking to further develop expertise within large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of System Assurance principles across system development and integration phases

• Assist with RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) activities, including data collection, analysis, and documentation

• Contribute to system safety analyses such as HAZID, hazard logs, and risk assessments under senior supervision

• Prepare and maintain system assurance and safety deliverables, including reports, matrices, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate assurance-related activities with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, operations, and maintenance)

• Support compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and contractual system assurance requirements

• Participate in technical reviews, audits, and project meetings as required

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and version control for all assurance-related materials

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related discipline)

• 2–4 years of experience in systems engineering, system assurance, safety engineering, or a related field

Technical & Professional Skills

• Basic to intermediate understanding of System Assurance concepts and lifecycle processes

• Working knowledge of RAMS principles and methodologies

• Ability to support system safety analyses and assurance documentation under senior guidance

• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
