About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst (UAE National) to support data-driven decision-making across business and operational functions. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational objectives.

This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratisation initiatives and is well suited to early-career professionals or fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and operational teams

• Analyze trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Support stakeholders in defining data requirements, metrics, and reporting standards

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare data-driven presentations for senior management

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data governance policies

• Document data models, methodologies, and analytical processes for audit and knowledge sharing

• Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)

• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts

• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools is an advantage
