About the Role
We are launching our Dubai operations after more than 13 years of success in Tbilisi, Georgia, and we are hiring our Founding Senior Sales Executive—a true hunter who thrives on building markets from zero.
This is not an account management role. There is no existing pipeline. You will be responsible for creating demand, opening doors, and winning business from scratch.
You’ll sell premium corporate event experiences in Georgia—including conferences, teambuilding programs, and partnership fairs—to Dubai-based companies, offering 15–30% cost savings compared to local options without compromising quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build the UAE market from the ground up as the sole sales owner

Prospect, cold-call, and engage corporate decision-makers in Dubai

Sell high-value corporate event solutions to HR, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams

Manage full-cycle B2B sales from first contact to contract closure

Position international event experiences as strategic business investments

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools

Represent the company as a trusted consultant, not a product pusher

Collaborate with Georgia-based operations to deliver seamless client experiences
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month

Commission: Paid on all closed revenue (uncapped upside)

Bi-annual trips to Georgia to visit operations and deepen product knowledge

Requirements
Experience & Track Record

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai, UAE
-
Proven success in one or more of the following sectors:

Corporate events / MICE
-
Hospitality or hotel group sales
-
Corporate travel or DMC services
-
High-value B2B services (HR consulting, training, executive search)

Demonstrated quota achievement (evidence required)

Experience selling deals valued at USD 30K–100K+ with 2–6 month sales cycles
Network & Market Presence

Active LinkedIn profile with 500+ connections, primarily Dubai-based professionals

Existing relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR Directors, Marketing Heads, COOs, Office Managers)

Participation in Dubai business networks, chambers, or industry groups

Ability to identify at least 20 target companies to approach in the first 30 days
Skills & Competencies

Based in Dubai with 5+ years of UAE market experience

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong consultative selling and discovery skills

CRM proficiency (ClickUp or similar)

Financial and ROI-based selling capability

Confident presenter able to pitch to C-suite stakeholders

Valid UAE driving license
