About the Role

We are hiring a Business Setup Consultant to join our fast-growing team in JLT, Dubai. This is an on-site, client-facing role suited to a motivated sales professional with strong B2C consultancy experience and a passion for helping entrepreneurs establish and grow businesses in the UAE.

You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, advising clients on the most suitable business setup options, and managing the full sales cycle—from initial consultation through post-incorporation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong working knowledge of UAE jurisdictions, including Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities through consultations and client meetings

• Analyze client business models and provide tailored business setup recommendations

• Prepare and present jurisdiction proposals highlighting benefits and compliance requirements

• Promote and explain business setup products and related services

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage trust and referrals

• Advise clients on business opportunities and advantages of operating in Dubai

• Coordinate post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, visas, and renewals

• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all administrative tasks in line with internal processes

• Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Trade License Zone

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within a B2C consultancy environment

• Experience in UAE business incorporation or business setup services is a strong advantage

• Confident communicator with excellent phone and face-to-face presentation skills

• Self-motivated, accountable, and target-driven with a strong work ethic

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Strong time management and planning abilities

• Knowledge of UAE market regulations and laws is preferred

• Experience using Zoho CRM is an advantage

• Additional language skills are a plus
