About the Role

As a Receiving Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and storing inventory with speed, accuracy, and strict adherence to company standards, supporting a seamless luxury retail operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, process, and store merchandise efficiently and accurately

• Ensure all receiving documentation and system stock updates are completed on time

• Verify inventory against transfer notes, tickets, and validation reports

• Process return-to-vendor (RTV), transfers, and damaged items in line with SOPs

• Ensure compliance with receiving, safekeeping, and stock control procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom and receiving area

• Coordinate with store management and logistics teams on delivery and stock issues

• Process all stock movements through POS systems in accordance with SOP

• Ensure local purchases are properly barcoded before reaching the sales floor

• Support physical stock counts in collaboration with store operations and stock control teams
