About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Office Hostess to represent our brand and deliver a warm, polished experience for every guest visiting our office and events. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven individual who takes pride in presentation, service excellence, and attention to detail within a luxury real estate environment.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting guest services, and ensuring meeting and event spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach at office visits and property events

• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and service standards are met

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, reception areas, and restrooms

• Assist with event set-up and breakdown to ensure spaces are prepared before and after use

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest flow and service delivery

• Ensure all visitors receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or server, preferably in hospitality or real estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor

• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

• Ability to serve refreshments efficiently while maintaining service quality

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Positive attitude, strong organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
