Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and results-driven Sales Executives – Off-Plan Real Estate to join a growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for motivated property professionals with a proven track record in off-plan sales and strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.

You will work with company-provided leads while actively developing new business opportunities, guiding clients through the full property investment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan residential and investment properties using company-provided leads.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach.

• Qualify clients and recommend suitable projects based on investment goals and preferences.

• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming developments.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations.

• Guide clients through the full buying, selling, or leasing process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.

• Negotiate deals and prepare all required sales documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai property market.

• Proven track record in off-plan property sales.

• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, developers, and upcoming projects.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 16,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
