Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Execution & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of robotic operations on the shop floor. This role is focused on real-world robot execution—programming motion, managing tooling, integrating vision and AI-driven decision systems, and ensuring safe, reliable, and optimized production performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in production environments, enjoys solving complex automation challenges, and can seamlessly translate digital commands into precise physical actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, program, and execute industrial robot motions for production operations.

• Own shop-floor robot setup, calibration, tooling, and end-effectors.

• Develop, modify, and optimize robot motion programs and specialized automation workflows.

• Integrate robot behavior with vision systems, sensors, and AI-driven decision layers.

• Implement fault detection, error handling, recovery procedures, and safety interlocks.

• Ensure smooth end-to-end robotic execution from system command to physical output.

• Monitor robot performance and continuously improve cycle time, accuracy, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with AI, vision, and automation teams for seamless system integration.

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience with industrial robots in manufacturing or automation environments.

• Strong expertise in robot programming, motion control, and execution.

• Experience integrating robots with vision systems, sensors, or AI-based workflows.

• Solid understanding of fault diagnosis, recovery mechanisms, and shop-floor troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of robotic execution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or multi-robot systems.

• Exposure to AI-driven automation or smart manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with global industrial robotics safety standards.
