Role Overview

We are hiring driven, competitive Sales Representatives to sell into the UK B2B market. This is a high-performance, outbound sales role for individuals who thrive under pressure, love targets, and want uncapped commission in a business where top performers are consistently recognised and rewarded.

You’ll be engaging directly with CEOs and Managing Directors, pitching next-generation, AI-powered communication solutions that are transforming how UK businesses operate.

This is not a passive role. It’s designed for people who dominate conversations, bring energy to every call, and believe effort should equal reward.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and engaging UK businesses to generate new opportunities

  • High-volume outbound calling to build pipeline and support the field sales team

  • Pitching Yo Telecom’s market-leading, in-house developed AI telecom solutions

  • Using a consultative, solution-led sales approach to uncover business needs

  • Confidently handling objections and influencing senior decision-makers

  • Bringing relentless energy and competitiveness to a high-performance sales floor

  • Contributing to a winning team culture and celebrating success


What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience working within the UK market

  • Native-level English fluency (spoken and written)

  • Currently based in the UAE

  • Confident speaking with senior UK decision-makers


Desirable (Not Essential)

  • At least 1 year of phone-based sales experience

  • Previous B2B outbound sales exposure

  • Strong objection-handling and closing mindset

Salary, Commission & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

  • OTE: Up to AED 30,000

  • Uncapped commission – top performers exceed OTE
