Role Overview

We are hiring high-energy, competitive Telesales Executives to drive outbound sales into the UK B2B market. This role is built for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are motivated by uncapped commission, high OTEs, and clear progression.

You will engage directly with CEOs and Managing Directors, pitching next-generation, AI-powered communication solutions that are transforming how UK businesses operate.

This is not a comfort-zone role. It’s for people who love pressure, dominate conversations, and want their effort to directly equal reward.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and engaging UK businesses through high-volume outbound activity

  • Building a strong pipeline and booking qualified opportunities for the field sales team

  • Pitching Yo Telecom’s market-leading, in-house developed AI solutions

  • Using a solution-led, consultative approach to uncover business challenges

  • Confidently handling objections and controlling conversations with senior decision-makers

  • Bringing energy, competitiveness, and momentum to a high-performance sales floor

  • Celebrating wins and contributing to a driven, results-focused team culture


What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working within the UK market

  • Native-level English fluency (spoken and written)

  • Currently based in the UAE

  • Comfortable speaking with senior UK decision-makers


Desirable (Not Essential)

  • At least 1 year of phone-based sales experience

  • Previous B2B outbound sales exposure

  • Strong objection-handling and closing mindset

Salary, Commission & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

  • OTE: Up to AED 30,000

  • Uncapped commission – top performers exceed OTE
