We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end luxury villa fit-out projects across Dubai. This role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through construction and final handover—ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and strict budget control.

As the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams, the Project Manager will coordinate multiple disciplines and manage complex stakeholder expectations within a premium residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Planning

• Manage detailed project programmes, schedules, progress tracking, and reporting

• Coordinate architectural, interior design, MEP, and specialist fit-out packages

• Lead project execution from pre-construction planning to final handover

Commercial & Procurement Management

• Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor appointments, and supplier coordination

• Control project budgets, valuations, variations, and cost reporting

• Ensure commercial compliance and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle

Site & Stakeholder Management

• Lead site teams and ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

• Chair progress meetings and maintain clear, professional communication with clients

• Manage client expectations, reporting, and approvals

Quality, Commissioning & Handover

• Ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with luxury standards and finishes

• Manage snagging, commissioning, and defect rectification

• Deliver smooth and timely project handover

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience managing luxury residential or villa fit-out projects

• Strong background in interiors-led construction environments

• Excellent coordination skills across designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Experience managing private clients and high-end stakeholders

• Strong control of project programmes, budgets, and variations

• Hands-on site leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
