We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join a growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate sales, client engagement, and delivering tailored property solutions to buyers, sellers, and investors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while maintaining a strong understanding of Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, engage, and qualify clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and real estate partners

Sales & Property Advisory

• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and property availability

• Match client requirements with suitable residential or investment properties

Property Viewings & Negotiation

• Conduct property viewings and present property features and value propositions

• Negotiate sales and rental terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

Market Knowledge & Compliance

• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments

• Prepare and manage transaction documentation in compliance with local laws

Collaboration & Promotion

• Work closely with marketing teams to promote listings and generate leads

• Support business growth through proactive outreach and market presence

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in real estate sales is preferred

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulatory environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Valid driving license with willingness to travel locally for property viewings

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month
