Our client, a well-established organization in the real estate sector, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s complete IT function. This senior role focuses on cyber security governance, ERP systems management, IT infrastructure, and vendor coordination, ensuring technology platforms remain secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, and support functions.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust cyber security policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee ERP systems, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing system support.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align IT solutions with operational and strategic business needs.

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, SLAs, and overall service delivery performance.

• Ensure system availability, data integrity, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

• Identify IT risks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and adopt modern technologies where applicable.

• Lead, mentor, and develop internal IT teams and coordinate with external service providers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong leadership exposure.

• Proven expertise in Cyber Security, ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.

• Experience managing enterprise-level IT environments and large user bases.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Exposure to cloud platforms, modern infrastructure, and security best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and third-party service providers.
