Role Overview
On behalf of a DMCC-licensed Single Family Office in Dubai, we are seeking a highly skilled AI & Workflow Automation Architect to take full ownership of automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows across both private office operations and core trading systems.
This is a hands-on execution role, working directly with the Owners/Directors and CEO. The successful candidate will personally design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade automation and AI systems that measurably reduce cycle time, increase reliability, and improve operational efficiency.
This is not a people-management or coordination role—end-to-end delivery is expected.
Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation: AED 50,000–70,000 per month (inclusive)

Base Salary: AED 50,000/month

Performance Bonus: Up to 40% of annual base, paid annually based on structured performance criteria

Key Responsibilities
Private Office & Administrative Automation
-
Design and deploy end-to-end automated workflows using APIs, webhooks, and integrations (email, task systems, Google Workspace, finance exports, files, reporting tools)

Automate recurring operational processes including expense tracking, reconciliation, approvals, reporting packs, and statements

Implement automated follow-ups, escalation logic, and exception handling, ensuring only critical issues reach leadership

Build an internal AI support layer backed by an approved knowledge base (policies, rules, templates) to deliver consistent, source-based responses

Establish production-grade controls: approvals, audit logs, access permissions, monitoring, and error handling
Core Trading & Business Systems Support

Support the CEO and Chief Trading Officer with enhancements to the firm’s C#/.NET trading platform

Deliver delegated engineering tasks focused on speed, reliability, observability, automation, and operational resilience within the trading ecosystem
Required Experience & Skills
-
Proven experience delivering automation systems used in real, live operations (not proofs of concept or demos)

Strong API and systems integration capability with end-to-end ownership of reliability and monitoring

Deep experience deploying AI in production environments, embedding LLMs safely into deterministic workflows

Experience building controlled AI assistants with source-grounded responses and defined escalation paths
Must-Have Technical Depth

Production LLM systems: RAG pipelines, tool-calling, structured outputs, prompt and version control

Evaluation & QA: test sets, regression testing, hallucination mitigation, confidence thresholds

Security: OAuth/service accounts, secrets management, least-privilege design, logging and retention

Data layer: Postgres (or equivalent), basic ETL, schema design for expenses, tasks, and statements

C#/.NET: Sufficient depth to contribute meaningfully to an existing trading system codebase
