Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to support branding, events, and digital marketing initiatives in Dubai. This hybrid role combines visual design, motion graphics, video production, and digital marketing execution to strengthen brand visibility and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, technically skilled, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Video Production

• Design graphic materials for events, marketing campaigns, and promotional use.

• Develop motion graphics and visual assets for digital platforms.

• Edit and produce videos for campaigns, social media, and promotional content.

• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and support company social media platforms and content calendars.

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across online channels.

• Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and performance.

• Track and support performance reporting for digital campaigns.

Collaboration & Brand Support

• Work closely with marketing and event teams to deliver cohesive visual campaigns.

• Support ongoing brand development initiatives with creative input.

• Maintain consistency across all digital and offline marketing assets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing

• Strong proficiency in graphic design and motion graphics tools

• Solid experience in video editing and content creation

• Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and digital platforms

• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing

• Familiarity with digital campaign analytics and performance reporting

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
