Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our consulting team in Dubai. This role focuses on lead generation, telesales, and deal closure for business events and professional services. The ideal candidate has proven experience in outbound B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals over the phone while consistently meeting monthly revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B customers and decision-makers.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up campaigns.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Sales Execution & Closing

  • Present and pitch company events and consulting services to prospective clients.

  • Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.

  • Handle objections effectively and close deals within defined sales cycles.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

  • Track sales performance and customer interactions for reporting and analysis.

Collaboration & Market Awareness

  • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.


Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or telemarketing

  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient personality

  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Note: Only candidates with relevant B2B telesales experience will be considered.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Commission: Performance-based incentives

  • Benefits: Health insurance, accommodation, employment visa
