Dubai , UAEWe are hiring a Planning Executive to support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and sales alignment for a growing portfolio of luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle brands based in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and retail planning experience, who can work cross-functionally to ensure optimal stock availability while supporting seasonal and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business plans.

Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

Support seasonal launches and promotional planning activities.

Track forecast accuracy, inventory KPIs, and planning metrics.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within demand and supply planning processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or merchandising planning, preferably within retail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience using forecasting or planning tools is an advantage.

Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities (age 40 and below).
Salary & Benefits

Salary up to AED 10,000 per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications.
