We are seeking a motivated Contracts & Administration Manager (UAE Nationals) to provide administrative and coordination support to interior design and project teams within a dynamic construction environment. This role is designed as a career growth opportunity, offering a structured pathway toward a management position with increasing responsibility and team leadership over time.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project operations, coordination, and documentation, enabling creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality design and construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to interior design and project delivery teams.

  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and design workshops, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Manage professional correspondence with clients, suppliers, and vendors.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical project files, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Support tracking of project timelines and ensure key deadlines are recorded and communicated.

  • Assist with sourcing, organizing, and managing design samples, materials, and office resources.

  • Provide general office and operational support, allowing project teams to focus on design excellence and delivery.


Career Progression

This role is structured as a development and succession position, with a clearly defined pathway toward a management role involving increased responsibility and team oversight.


Requirements

  • UAE National with Family Book (required).

  • Eligible for Nafis support.

  • High school certificate or university degree.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.

  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.


Salary & Benefits

  • AED 9,500 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

  • Additional benefits include Nafis support.
