We are seeking an experienced Employee Wellbeing & Engagement Advisor to design, deliver, and continuously enhance a holistic wellbeing strategy that supports employees’ physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing.
This role partners closely with HR, leadership, and external providers to build a healthy, engaged, and high-performing workplace aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Wellbeing Strategy & Program Design

Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing framework encompassing mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.

Translate people strategy and organizational priorities into measurable wellbeing initiatives.

Own the annual wellbeing roadmap, budget planning, and return-on-investment tracking.
Program Delivery & Operations
-
Design and deliver wellbeing programs including mental health awareness, resilience, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, and financial literacy initiatives.

Manage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and wellbeing vendors, monitoring quality and utilization.

Coordinate wellbeing campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives across the organization.
Employee Experience & Engagement

Act as a trusted and confidential point of contact for employee wellbeing matters.

Partner with People & Culture teams on engagement surveys, pulse checks, and action planning.

Embed wellbeing initiatives across key employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, performance cycles, and change programs.
Stakeholder Management

Advise leaders and managers on best practices to promote wellbeing and psychological safety.

Collaborate with HSE, Facilities, and Corporate Services to ensure safe and healthy work environments.

Liaise with insurers, healthcare providers, and external wellbeing partners as required.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Define wellbeing KPIs and dashboards, tracking participation, engagement, absenteeism, and retention metrics.

Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve wellbeing initiatives and demonstrate business impact.

Stay informed on regional and global wellbeing trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Health Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5–8 years’ experience in employee wellbeing, engagement, HR, or people experience roles.

Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing or engagement programs in a corporate environment.

Strong familiarity with EAPs, mental health frameworks, and workplace wellbeing standards.
