Our client, a leading business setup and company formation consultancy in Dubai, is seeking a Russian-speaking Business Setup Advisor to manage B2C clients and drive sales conversions. This is a highly client-facing, target-driven role focused on guiding entrepreneurs through the complete business setup lifecycle—from initial inquiry to trade license issuance.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, service-oriented, and confident in handling high volumes of leads while delivering a premium client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert B2C sales inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, live chat, walk-ins, and referrals

  • Advise clients on company formation options, legal structures, business activities, and UAE Free Zone regulations

  • Manage the full client journey from lead qualification to business setup completion

  • Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using CRM (ZOHO preferred)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Free Zones, and channel partners

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs

  • Collaborate with internal Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth license processing

  • Support onboarding and training of new consultants to improve sales performance

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including mystery shopping

  • Provide clear, transparent, and timely information throughout the setup process

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client retention


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)

  • Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles

  • Experience in business setup, company formation, or Free Zone advisory is a strong advantage

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • CRM experience (ZOHO preferred)

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused mindset

  • Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus

  • Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
