Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead and manage large-scale housekeeping operations across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will come from a high-volume housekeeping or Facilities Management (FM) company and demonstrate strong leadership, operational control, and service excellence.

This role requires hands-on management of manpower, service quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end housekeeping operations across multiple sites (residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments)

  • Ensure service delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements

  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assessments

  • Manage large housekeeping manpower, including scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring

  • Coordinate closely with clients, supervisors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues

  • Control operational costs, including consumables, chemicals, equipment, and machinery usage

  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management


Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations management

  • Mandatory experience with professional housekeeping or FM companies

  • Strong background managing large manpower teams across multiple sites

  • In-depth knowledge of:

    • Housekeeping chemicals and consumables

    • Cleaning machinery and equipment

    • Industry-standard cleaning methods and best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills

  • Ability to manage client relationships and service expectations professionally

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
