A well-established metal fabrication and façade engineering company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Façade Estimator specializing in aluminium and glass façade systems. The role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting commercial decision-making across multiple façade projects.

This position suits a technically strong estimator with solid UAE façade market exposure and the ability to deliver competitive bids within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing breakdowns for aluminium and glass façade systems

• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and contractual documents

• Prepare and manage RFQs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Develop competitive tender submissions while meeting project timelines

• Review façade designs and propose value engineering alternatives

• Identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and cost implications during tender stages

• Support tender handover, variation pricing, and change order assessments

• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and maintaining historical cost benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in façade estimation for aluminium and glass systems

• Strong understanding of façade drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies

• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools

• Experience working on UAE-based façade or construction projects

• UAE driving license is an advantage

• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
