SG Recruitment Group is partnering with a global technology company to recruit an experienced Account Executive based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in mid-market and enterprise technology sales, capable of managing the full sales cycle and driving predictable revenue growth.

The successful candidate will own revenue targets, build strategic account plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams to close complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and consistently achieve revenue targets, pipeline coverage, and accurate sales forecasts

• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, including demos, proposals, and negotiations

• Develop strategic account plans, map stakeholders, and multi-thread enterprise opportunities

• Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and close collaboration with BDRs

• Expand and grow revenue within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives

• Translate customer pain points into clear value propositions and ROI-driven solutions

• Partner with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Account Executive within the technology or SaaS industry

• Proven experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers

• International or cross-regional sales experience preferred

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory)

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-growth environment
