SG Recruitment Group is partnering with a global technology company to hire a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative based in Dubai. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to grow within a fast-paced technology environment while developing strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and progressing new business opportunities through a structured sales pipeline, working closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve targets related to qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue contribution

• Generate pipeline through a mix of inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

• Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across assigned industries and market segments

• Progress opportunities through the sales funnel using strong judgment and qualification criteria

• Personalize outreach and messaging based on customer needs, pain points, and business goals

• Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and build trust with potential clients

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies

• Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitors to continuously improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BDR or SDR within the technology or SaaS industry

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Curious, proactive mindset with a consultative approach to prospecting

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
