Position: Executive Assistant – HNWI Single Family Office

A Dubai-based Single Family Office operating under DMCC is seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to support a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI). This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is comfortable managing both business and personal matters with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and act as a trusted operational support partner, handling complex coordination, research, communication, and execution tasks with precision and discretion.

Monthly Compensation: AED 15,000–21,000

AED 15,000 base salary

Performance bonus of up to 40% of annual base salary, paid in December (based on structured KPIs)

Working Model & Availability

6 working days per week | 1 day off

Task-based and flexible working hours (not fixed office hours)

High availability required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Mostly remote, but must be ready for in-person tasks at short notice (DMCC office, Principals’ premises, or external locations)

Must be reachable and responsive throughout the day
Key Responsibilities

Execute a wide range of business and personal tasks assigned by the Principals and Senior Executive Assistant

Coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders

Conduct in-depth research, phone calls, and follow-ups
-
Manage complex written communication, ensuring accurate tracking of message threads, key actions, and deadlines

Maintain task tracking using digital tools to ensure nothing is missed

Attend in-person assignments when required and handle hands-on errands

Maintain absolute discretion, accuracy, and professionalism at all times
