Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead one of its luxury retail stores in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading high-performing teams while ensuring full alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.

As a senior leader on the shop floor, you will act as a brand ambassador, build strong relationships with VIP clients, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and engagement within the store.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Performance

• Lead by example and embody the brand’s values, vision, and philosophy

• Define, implement, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Drive revenue growth through clienteling, VIP development, and omnichannel initiatives

• Manage and grow the customer database to build long-term relationships and repeat business

• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge; conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and share insights with stakeholders

• Leverage hybrid retail strategies across online and offline sales channels

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide clear direction and vision aligned with business and brand objectives

• Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing store teams

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-trust work environment

• Act as a coach and mentor, promoting continuous learning and growth through Chalhoub Group’s learning platforms

• Monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage performance improvement plans transparently

• Act as the voice of employees by sharing feedback, challenges, and suggestions with leadership and HR

Customer Experience Excellence

• Champion an omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints

• Drive luxury clienteling strategies with a strong focus on VIP customers

• Use customer insights and data to personalize experiences and anticipate client needs

• Actively recruit new clients and convert them into loyal, long-term customers

Operational Excellence

• Ensure full compliance with sales, operational, HR, safety, and security policies

• Oversee store operations including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of e-commerce and omnichannel orders within defined SLAs

• Optimize store scheduling and floor coverage based on traffic trends and peak hours

• Leverage available digital tools (clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business, etc.) to enhance customer experience

• Proactively identify operational risks and escalate issues for timely resolution

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Manager in luxury fashion retail

• Strong understanding of the UAE luxury retail market

• Demonstrated success in driving sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty

• Experience leading and developing large, high-performing retail teams

• Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
