Role Overview

This is a hands-on, founder-led leadership role where you will represent the hotel finance perspective within product development. The role bridges hospitality finance operations and SaaS product design, ensuring that system logic reflects operational realities.

You will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to validate invoice flows, payment structures, reconciliation logic, and regulatory compliance across multiple booking channels.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Finance Advisory

• Map end-to-end finance workflows for corporate, TMC, and MICE hotel bookings

• Validate invoice formats, payment methods, VAT compliance, and financial accuracy

• Identify operational friction points in settlements, reconciliations, and reporting

• Support onboarding, adoption, and change management for hotel finance teams

Product & Market Validation

• Provide continuous domain expertise to shape product workflows and system logic

• Support pilot deployments with live hotel partners to validate usability and compliance

• Identify gaps between product design and real-world hotel finance operations

• Translate finance operations into scalable SaaS product requirements

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 10–18 years of experience in hotel finance, hospitality operations, or accounting

• Strong preference for GCC experience, especially in corporate and TMC billing

Core Skills & Competencies

• Deep expertise in hotel finance operations, controls, and audit readiness

• Strong background in reconciliation, reporting, and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to simplify complex finance processes

• Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams

• Ability to convert operational realities into system and product logic
