Job Description:

Emirates Hospitality is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Dubai team and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a visionary designer who can combine strategic thinking with artistic flair to deliver visually compelling campaigns, packaging, and marketing materials for the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create graphics for digital campaigns, menus, packaging, advertisements, and social media content.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, reflecting the brand’s identity, aesthetics, and values.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually introduce innovative solutions.

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure design quality and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within Food & Beverage or consumer-focused industries.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, impactful design work across print, digital, and branding projects.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

• Leadership experience mentoring design teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of digital marketing assets and motion graphics is desirable.

Salary:
AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
