Job Overview

A leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector in the UAE, actively contributing to sustainable mobility and EV charging networks, is seeking a Finance & Procurement Manager. This strategic role combines financial leadership with procurement oversight, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance, and cost-effective sourcing across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with strong analytical, managerial, and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading financial and procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, treasury, and reporting

  • Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with business goals

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and forecasting

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making

Procurement & Sourcing:

  • Supervise procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost efficiency

  • Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements

  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, and procurement documentation

Governance & Controls:

  • Establish, implement, and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards

  • Support audit processes and provide accurate financial reporting to senior management


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Experience: 7+ years in finance or financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial governance

  • Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and sourcing processes

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
