Position Overview

We are recruiting an experienced IT Project Manager to join a leading financial brokerage firm with operations across the UAE and the UK. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on delivering technology initiatives that enhance brokerage platforms, trading systems, and CRM solutions while ensuring compliance with financial regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with cross-border teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review

• Define clear project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of brokerage technology platforms, including trading systems and CRM solutions

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and third-party providers across UAE and UK offices

• Apply PMP methodologies and best practices to ensure structured project delivery

• Monitor project performance using JIRA dashboards, reports, and KPIs

• Ensure projects comply with financial services regulations and internal governance frameworks

• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and business leaders

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management roles

• Prior experience within financial services, brokerage, or regulated environments

• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial systems, and CRM solutions

• PMP certification is mandatory

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools

• Solid knowledge of project governance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
